No. Under mlhd's rules, only one account is permitted per person. If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual, all of them may be permanently suspended and any funds held may be forfeited.

Your email, mobile number, and password can be updated from your account settings. To change your name or date of birth, you'll need to contact the support team and complete identity verification.

Login & Security

On the login page Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email address. You'll receive an OTP or a reset link. Set your new password and log in.

After logging in, go to Account Settings and enable 2FA under the "Security" section. You can use OTP via mobile number or the Google Authenticator app. With 2FA enabled, your account stays protected even if your password is compromised.

Five consecutive incorrect password attempts will temporarily lock your account. To unlock it, reset your password or contact the support team. After verifying your identity, the support team will reactivate your account within 15 minutes.
